Our deposit and cancellation policy: We require a  50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your reservation. The remaining amount is due 120 days prior to reservation date. You will be reimbursed for your deposit if you cancel 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this time, we will try to rent our home for you at no additional cost. In the event we are unable to rent our home, your payment cannot be reimbursed. Your rental payment is a statement of your acceptance of our rental policy.

Most of our business is repeat, so secure your reservations early if you want to be sure to get the reservation dates of your choice.

Rates - Lodge

Peak-Season  Memorial Day - Labor Day $2500 per week

Memorial Day weekend $400.00 per night plus 5% tax

Off-Season is Sept. 4 - up to Memorial Day 

$1800 per week off-season rate plus 5% tax  $325.00 per night, two night minimum

Rates - Cabin

Peak Season is Memorial Day - Labor Day $1300 per week plus 5% tax

Off-Season is Post Labor Day- up to Memorial Day

$900 per week off-season rate

The nightly rate is $195 plus 5% tax with a two-night minimum only available in the off-season.
